• Maintenance request descriptions, images, or notes
• Messages or support requests sent via the app

c. Automatically Collected Information

• Device details (model, OS version, language, and region)
• Log data (IP address, access times, and activity within the app)
• App usage statistics and crash analytics

• Facilitate electricity, water, and internet payments
• Display and manage maintenance tickets
